About Us
Wild Oak Farm, nestled near Shelly, MN, is a lush 40-acre expanse of oak woodlands, vibrant gardens, and flourishing orchards. For over twenty years, it has nourished its surrounding communities. Originally known as Red Goose Gardens, one of the Red River Valley’s pioneering Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farms, it continues to evolve in harmony with the needs of local food systems.
While local food systems have deep roots, we believe they hold the key to a future rich in nourishment and sustainability. At Wild Oak Farm, we embrace regenerative practices that heal the Earth—growing nutrient-dense foods, fostering biodiversity, and sequestering carbon. Our passion lies in the well-being of the land and its people, with a vision to make a lasting impact on the world.
